

Richard Porter
Owner & Director of Programs
Richard has been coaching Allstar Cheerleading and Tumbling since 2004. He was on the Rhea County High School competition squad from 1999 to 2001 and cheered competitive all-stars with United Cheerleading in Hixson, TN from 1998 to 2002. Richard started coaching at United and transitioned to the Manager of Programs at SportsBarn Cheerleading Allstars in 2005. He opened Integrity Elite Allstars in 2014 and has been producing elite level athletes ever since. He is certified in levels 1-5 and has a developed a skill-based curriculum to help athletes realize and reach their full potential. Richard believed that every athlete deserved the chance to shine in the sport of cheerleading, whether recreationally or competitively. It has always been his goal to create an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome, athletes and parents alike and pushed to train athletes not only on cheer and tumbling skills, but also on life skills. The name Integrity Elite says it all. Richard says that “we believe in building the fundamentals first and that with encouragement each athlete can reach their full potential and to quote William Shakespeare, there is no legacy so rich as integrity.”

Brian Minshew
Co-Owner & Staff Liaison
Brian is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is a full time Regional Property Manager and Real Estate Agent with Premier Property Group. Brian loves the sport of all-star cheerleading and spent his high school days cheering with Brainard High School. His passion for the sport was reimagined when he, along with Richard Porter decided to open Integrity Elite Allstars in 2014. Brian works diligently to maintain a high standard of quality in the gym by providing guidance and encouragement to not only the athletes, but also the staff



Whitney Patterson
Allstar Specialist & Elite Coach
Whitney has been coaching with Richard for 13 years and at Integrity Elite for 9 years. In total, Whitney has been coaching cheerleading for a total of 15 years. She started cheerleading at 6 years old with United Allstars in Nashville and then moved to Premier Athletics for a short time. Most of her cheer career was spent cheering for Mt. Juliet High School and then on to cheer for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Currently, Whitney is a full time Dental Hygienist, but her love of coaching keeps her in the gym. At IEA, she teaches level 5 and 6 tumble classes and the levels 1-5 teams for Allstars. She is also safety certified and USASF certified levels 1-5. Whitney says, “Coaching is my greatest passion! I love watching kids succeed in new skills, and work hard every time they are in the gym.” In her free time (which is very little lol) she spends time with her Husband Blake, and their 3 dogs.

Cierra Cannaley
Allstar Coach & School Squad Specialist
Cierra has been involved with cheer at all levels for the last 20 years! She fell in love with competitive cheerleading while watching her older sisters compete. Cierra competed as an all-star cheerleader at multiple gyms in the Indianapolis, Indiana area for 12 years. She competed in levels 2, 3, 4.2 and 4 as an all-star athlete. She cheered on school teams in middle school, high school, and for college at Lee University. She has attended 6 UCA camps at the high school and collegiate levels as well as competed at UCA College Nationals placing 5th in the nation with Lee University. As a coach, she is USASF certified and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at Heal and Hope Counseling. Cierra has been coaching with Integrity since 2020 and says, “I have truly found my family at this gym. I have been involved with a lot of programs and been on a lot of teams, but there is no group of people who love and care for their athletes the way this staff does.”



Megan Burnette
Allstar Coach & Flyer Stretch Specialist
Megan began cheering at 7 years old under the direction of Richard Porter. Throughout her cheer career, she was on many teams that claimed multiple national championship titles as well as attended the Summit National Championships at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL over 4 seasons with her amazing gym and teammates. When her cheer career came to an end, she joined an open team at Integrity Elite Allstars which placed in the top 4 at the Summit. Megan’s dedication to the sport and talent working with the younger athletes in classes and all-star teams helps to create amazing athletes. She teaches privates, school teams and tumbling classes at IEA. Megan also specializes in training stretch technique for body positions and leads the All-Girl Stunt classes at IEA. Megan is a graduate from Girls Preparatory School (GPS) and is currently attending the University of Tennessee pursuing a career in nursing.

Victoria Vicente
Elite Tumble Coach & Technique Specialist
Victoria has 20 years in the cheerleading world. Her experience extends from being a cheerleader in school, college and on different all-star levels ranging from level 3 to an open level 6. Victoria was also a UCA Staff Instructor teaching summer camps, coaching school teams, as well as all-stars teams. She recently added judge to her cheerleading resume as well. As a coach, Victoria focuses on connecting the mind to the body to help athletes understand body control for stunting or tumbling. She leads with positivity and creating confidence for athletes to push their limits. Victoria’s biggest cheer accomplishments are placing 17th at the 2008 Cheerleading Worlds, the friendships she keeps from each season of cheer and completing an undefeated season in 2007. When she cheered back in the day, her favorite tumble pass to throw was a tuck and hand -hand tuck. Victoria enjoys stunting with past IEA athletes who are home from college or with those who need to practice their skills for college cheer.


Jennifer Henson
Allstar Coach & Desk Admin
Jennifer aka Jen has cheered for Richard and Integrity Elite Allstars for ten years from 2011-2019 and then had an additional year in 2022 on an open team. She has been to the Summit Nationals 3 times and placed in the top 4 on an Open Coed Level 4 team. Jen has been coaching since 2019 and has coached the Tiny Team, Mini Prep, and Youth 1 teams throughout the years. She also assists in coaching some school teams at IEA. Jen is currently in grad school, working on her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, but she says, “the cheer industry has had my heart since the beginning and I plan to continue coaching after school.” Jen also manages the front desk and helps coordinate information and communications within the Allstar Program.

Grace Koslofsky
Allstar Coach & Tumble Coach
Grace has been coaching at IEA for a little over a year now. She was an Allstar cheerleader for 7 years and went to many national competitions including the Summit and Worlds Cheerleading Championships. Grace loves teaching tumbling of all levels, working with flyers, and just sharing her love for the sport with younger people. Grace is a fun-loving coach that not only works with teams at IEA, but also encourages our smallest little athletes while teaching our toddler level classes too


Cristin Grays
Cheer & Tumble Coach
Cristin was born and raised in Chattanooga TN. She discovered her love for tumbling and began gymnastics at the age of 3. She was a competitive gymnast for 11 years before making the switch to cheerleading at the age of 14. She cheered under the direction of Richard and has won several national titles from various competitions. Cristin was also an assistant coach for some of our own National title holding teams at Integrity Elite. She works with athletes ranging from ages 5-18 all on different skill levels to achieve their personal tumbling and cheerleading goals. Cristin says, “I have always believed you can accomplish anything if you aren’t afraid to work hard for it and I try to instill this belief in every athlete that I teach.”

Karis McKinnie
Allstar Coach & Team Training Specialist
Karis is from Murfreesboro, TN and recently moved to Chattanooga to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga majoring in business/entrepreneurship. She has been cheering for 15 plus years and has been coaching for 3 years. Karis is also a UCA Staffer and travels the Southeast region teaching cheer and tumble. As far as cheer goes, Karis has a creative mind and has worked with traditional school cheer, sideline, gameday, and all-star teams. Karis said that her favorite part about cheer is the versatility each athlete possesses and the character that cheer builds in those athletes.

Samari Howell
Coed Stunt Coach
Samari is from Pulaski, TN and is an Alumni of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He cheered sideline as a UTC Moc and specializes in Coed Stunting at the collegiate level. Samari has attended the Athletic Southern Conference cheering on UTC for several seasons. Samari also assists in stunt training for TriStar Stunting. Currently, Samari has a degree in Exercise Science and plans to pursue a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.
