about_us_allstar.png

The staff at IEA is top notch and experienced in all things cheer! Integrity Elite strives to hire coaches that are dedicated to the sport, those that have a background in the sport, and those whose passion for the sport is undying. All our staff at IEA are background checked and USASF certified. IEA only hires coaches that are 18yrs of age or older and hand picks a single athlete per year to become a “Junior Coach” to assist the staff when needed. An IEA Junior Coach is a role model, as well as the perfect example of Integrity for our younger athletes in the gym. The majority of the staff at IEA has been in the program for 10 plus years and is considered family. We love our coaches at IEA.

The Coaches at IEA believe that technique and skill progression is the key to success. Do we teach backhand springs before handstands? Absolutely not! Safety is a must and Skill Progression ensures our athletes are in top notch shape to be the best they can be!
